2. Ordering: To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid form of payment. All orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse any order.

3. Payment: We accept a variety of forms of payment, including credit card, debit card, and ACH. Payment must be received in full before the order is processed.

4. Delivery: We will make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times and we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver.

5. Returns: We do not accept returns of fuels and lubricants. If you have received damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
